​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Due to the nature of my work and the uniqueness of every piece, I create each order on request based on my customers specific requirements. You can either order via the gallery by clicking on an image you like and completing the form or go to my contacts page and choose how you would like to contact me to discuss a specific request. Which ever route you choose, I will respond within 2 days to discuss your design with you. 

 

In some cases where you see an image in the gallery, I may have the item in stock ready to post.

Order can take anywhere between 1 week and 6 weeks to complete depending on their complexity this will be discussed with you at the time of ordering.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is usually via Paypal. This method is both fast and secure and offers all customers payment protection. Upon completion of the order, I will contact you to arrange payment, the order will be shipped once full payment has been received. For large complex projects or personalised items, a deposit of 25% will berequested prior to commencement of the project.

Shipping will be calculated based on the size and weight of the finished piece and will be sent via a tracked courier service. Each piece is securely wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
